The Structure
The Expansive Clarity Intensive™ includes two hours of direct support: a 90-minute deep working session followed by a 30-minute integration conversation.
The 90-minute session allows us to move beyond surface-level discussion and into meaningful clarity. The follow-up conversation ensures the insight gained is grounded, integrated, and aligned with your real life and leadership.
This structure is intentional. It provides both depth and integration, so clarity is not fleeting, but usable.
A Whole-Person Approach to Clarity
This work draws on my EXPANSIVE™ Approach, a whole-person framework that integrates emotional and embodied awareness, nervous system steadiness, values-based discernment, and aligned action.
Rather than pushing for quick answers, we slow things down enough to see clearly.
We explore what is happening beneath the surface — the competing roles, the internal pressure, the emotional load, and the unspoken expectations you are carrying. We strengthen nervous-system capacity so clarity is not reactive. We reconnect with what truly matters so your next step reflects both your responsibilities and your integrity.
