Mentor Coaching
Welcome! My name is Jory, and I’m delighted you’re here.
I’m the founder of ExpansiveCoach™, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of leaders, professionals, and coaches as they navigate what I call the messy middle. That very human season of balancing a demanding career, family life, relationships, and often caregiving or transition.
This is the in-between space where life and leadership is full, but not always fulfilling.
If you’re sensing that something is shifting, or feeling the pull to pause and take stock, this is where we begin.
I work with leaders, professionals, and coaches to navigate periods of complexity and change with greater clarity, steadiness, and perspective.
The EXPANSIVE™ Framework
I created the EXPANSIVE™ Approach as a whole-person way of coaching, designed to support people through the real transitions, questions, and pressures of leadership and life.
Each element offers a lens we can draw on as needed. This may include embodied awareness, values-driven visioning, or building capacity through the nervous system.
At its core, EXPANSIVE™ Coaching is about creating room to breathe and orienting toward a grounded way forward. Growth is allowed to unfold with clarity and care rather than force.
Through this work, clients often describe feeling more grounded and clear. They are better able to live and lead in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

Alongside my private practice, I serve as an ICF Mentor Coach and have guided more than 150 coaches toward their ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials.
Mentor coaching with me is reflective, spacious, and practical. It focuses on strengthening alignment with the ICF Core Competencies, refining your skills, and deepening trust in your own coaching presence and judgment.

In all forms of my work, including coaching, mentor coaching, and leadership development, my intention is the same: to help people grow.
I help people make sense of what is happening, clarify what matters most, and move forward with integrity in the midst of real life.
I design and deliver tailored coaching that helps people lead and live with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
You do not need to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to pause, reflect, and consider what’s next.
🧡 If something here resonates, I would love to connect.
It’s not magic, it’s work! But you don’t have to do it alone.
Gain clarity about what matters most, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and take thoughtful action that aligns with your values and capacity. Together, we’ll slow things down and focus on what’s essential so you can move forward with steadiness and integrity.
Choose the path that’s right for you.

Client Reviews
"Jory has been a game changing part of both my professional and personal life. She is beyond kind and knowledgable, and I always find her coaching to be the approach I need in that moment. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their personal values - she truly cares about each of us. I not only realize moments of growth during our sessions, but have seen the long lasting approach her coaching has had on my life since. She has helped me build more resilience and self-empathy, and I find myself showing up as my best self more often because of the work we've done. I would highly recommend Jory for anyone who is interested in professional or personal coaching - there is truly no one better!"

She considers your whole person, listens and asks thoughtful questions to help you explore wherever you want / need to go. At the end of each session, she makes sure you are taking at least one action step to achieve your goal and she helps keep your accountable along your journey. I love working with her!"

Coaching has become more visible and more varied in recent years. What distinguishes my work is not a particular technique or promise of transformation, but how the work is held and how we think together.
I bring over 5,000 hours of coaching experience and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, along with years of working with people navigating real responsibility, complexity, and change. Clients often tell me the work feels steady, spacious, and clarifying in ways they didn’t realize they were missing.
I don’t offer formulas or one-size-fits-all strategies. I work in partnership, slowing things down enough to notice what’s actually happening and what matters most. From there, we focus on building self-trust, sound judgment, and choices that hold up over time.
My approach is shaped by continuous learning, lived complexity, and genuine curiosity about each person’s context and values. Rather than applying a rigid method, I respond to what’s present, drawing on experience, evidence-based practice, and intuition to support what’s needed in the moment.
This is careful, relational work. It’s designed to help people feel more oriented, more capable, and more themselves as they move through life and leadership.

Coaching with me is grounded, reflective, and whole-person.
I work at the intersection of life and leadership, supporting people to slow down, think clearly, and move forward with greater steadiness and integrity, especially during complex or transitional seasons.
My work is guided by the EXPANSIVE™ Framework, a whole-person approach that integrates embodied awareness, experiential learning, values-based orientation, nervous system support, and thoughtful action. Rather than applying a single method, we draw on what’s most useful in the moment, based on what you’re navigating and what this season is asking of you.
The work is both practical and spacious. At times, we’ll reflect and make sense of patterns. Other times, we will focus on decision-making, communication, or boundaries. We may also work with the body and nervous system to support clarity and capacity. Always, the aim is to support sound judgment, self-trust, and alignment between what matters to you and how you live and lead.
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices, including somatic coaching, cognitive behavioral coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, positive psychology, and mindfulness. These approaches inform the work without turning it into technique-driven problem solving.
This is not about fixing you or pushing toward answers. It’s about creating enough space for clarity to emerge and for change to unfold in a way that feels humane and sustainable.
