Well-being & Life Coaching

What’s included?

✓ We will meet three times per month for 3 - 6 months via Zoom or the phone.

You’ll have access to me between sessions through WhatsApp or another secure platform, so you’re not holding things alone when something comes up.

You’ll receive evidence-based, customized reflections, practices, and worksheets to support insight, integration, and change. These may include tools such as the VIA Character Strengths Survey or the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment, when helpful.

You’ll be invited to explore gentle somatic and mind-body practices that support emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.

 ✓ Optional Journal-Based Coaching, with a weekly prompt and daily journaling on a secure platform, for those who find reflection in writing supportive.

The Whole Self Sessions

A shorter-term coaching experience for seasons of decision, disruption, or re-evaluation. For when you don’t yet know what’s next, but you know you don’t want to stay stuck.

What is the “Messy Middle?”

You are in the "Messy Middle" if you are typically between the ages of 35 and 60 and are likely:

  • Balancing a demanding career while nurturing a marriage or relationship — or seeking a new one

  • Raising children or supporting adult children as they move toward independence

  • Carrying meaningful responsibilities within your community

  • Caring for aging parents and navigating the emotional and practical complexities that come with it

You may also be experiencing:
